Help
Delivery, access and small questions.
Every product is sold and delivered through the NeuroMade shop on Etsy. These notes mirror the shop’s own policies.
Digital delivery
Everything currently in the shop is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you. Once your payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser, go to Purchases and select Download Files beside your order. Etsy digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app, so use a computer or your phone’s web browser. If you purchased as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.
Notion templates
Your download contains access instructions. Follow them to open the template in Notion and duplicate it into your own workspace. From then on it is yours to rearrange.
Which Notion plan?
Check the compatibility note on each listing. Where a template is marked Works on Notion Free, its core functionality can be used on the Free plan. Optional enhanced dashboards marked Business or Enterprise require one of those Notion plans. Buying a template does not include a paid Notion subscription.
PDF workbooks
Each workbook comes as a fillable PDF, a print & write PDF and a two-page Quick Start. The page count on each product page is for one edition; both editions hold the same pages.
- To type into the fillable PDF, open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on a computer or tablet, or Apple Preview on a Mac. Save a copy before you start. Web browsers and notes apps may not show or save the form fields.
- To write by hand, print the pages you need, or open the print & write PDF in a notes app on your tablet.
- Keep using the same app for your copy. Ticks and choices saved in one app may not show in another.
- The workbooks are set up for A4. To print on US Letter, choose Fit to page in your print settings. Print only the pages you plan to use.

Policies
Cancellations are not accepted on digital purchases; please contact the shop if there is a problem with your order. The shop’s payment, privacy and returns policies are published on the NeuroMade Etsy shop page.
Site privacy and terms pages will be added here once the studio’s approved policy documents are supplied. Until then the Etsy shop policies apply to every purchase.
